ALL THE FEELS!!!

So I have mixed feelings as I'm sitting here on a hard cement bench in a work area of my university. Allow me to explain.

 Feels # 1: Immense happiness/ relief

 - I thought I had a lab today and spent the morning doing a half-ass job writing out procedures and filling out a pre-lab table, only to arrive at my lab room to find a locked door with the lights off. A quick check on the ol' Blackboard Learning System informed me that there is actually no lab scheduled for today, but it is in fact not until November. Yay!

 Feels #2: Pissed off

- that I spent time doing a half assed job on my pre-lab schtuff for nothing.
- that I did not spend the morning finishing the lab that was due today because I would have rather been prepared for my lab and hand in the finished one a day late than not be prepared.

 Feels #3: Stressed

- that I now have 2 labs that are not done and thereby late. FML.

 Feels #4: Pain

- the cement bench is hard and its making my bum sore.

 Feels #5: Giddyness

- texting Koopa. He makes me laugh, as always. For example, when I complained about missing smores and wanting them, but having a dilemma of not being able to make a camp fire in my back yard due to lack of wood (snigger) his advice to me was "burn a piece of invaluable furniture. Like your bed."

Feels #6: That awful sinking feeling you get in your chest when you know you should be working on your 2 late lab reports rather than killing time by writing a blog post to your friends.

- ..... :)

Love you all :) Here is a fun picture to reiterate my mixture of emotions.

  1. I feel your pain. I only have about 10 things to do. Well, maybe not ten but still. Feeling behind sucks. I also imagine that sitting on bleachers is rather similar to your cement bench and my bum aches in sympathy.

Yay you posted! I love it and you and hope that all the warm feels I'm sending out will help counteract the sinking feels. *SENDS ALL THE WARM FEELS*

since when is your text this shade of green? it confused me for a second.
School can suck sometimes, but I'm glad you took the time to blog. it probably made you feel better and it certainly brightened my day a wee bit! :)

  3. Well I sometimes used the rusty red but they took away my actual blue and I don't like the brighter one so I changed colour on a probably permanent basis...

I have two midterms back to back tomorrow so I am totally feeling it too. Though I found a comfy chair in the library and now have my desk chair so I can't say I feel the pain of sitting on a hard surface.

I second Dawn on the smiling :D
