WELCOME TO FREEDOM!
Reading week has commenced! Isn’t it exciting! You have absolutely nothing to do for the next entire week besides sleep, eat and breathe (those three being rather essential and not doing them having rather large and depressing side-effects).
You ladies know that I’m going south for my reading week. I’m spending some quality time with my sister and the BBM-happy parents who sent me some rather gorgeous pictures today from where they were having lunch.
Heart be still. I'm a little hot under the collar... I'm not even wearing a collar. *raises eyebrow*
I feel a bit bad drooling over these beauties when Lyra is only a few steps away but I like to think she understands. I don't think you ladies understand but that's okay. Our little group has always been about diversity.
I just wanted to let you know that, in terms of blogage and the book that smacks me in the face, I will most likely be in airplane mode for the next seven days. That and I'm going to miss hanging out with all of you at once. I give you all an enormous virtual hug (which might cause a few calcium deposits to unsettle themselves from your spine) and bid you have an absolutely lovely time pretending that you don't have anything to do.

ReplyDeleteI understand that you drool over nice cars the same way Michele and I drool over fancy horses, similar reactions from mildly comparable events...
I apporve of the spine cracking, I have a crick in my back which just refuses to go away... And I did get an awesome squeeze hug from Dawn yesterday.
